1. Agreement and Acceptance

By engaging our services as a wedding photographer, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both the client(s) and the wedding photographer.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking: To secure our services for your wedding day, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee are required. The retainer fee will be applied towards the total balance.

2.2 Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the wedding day. Additional charges for extra services or products requested must be paid at the time of ordering.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by the Client: In case of cancellation, the retainer fee is non-refundable. If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the wedding date, the full balance is still due.

3.2 Cancellation by the Photographer: In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide our services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement photographer or refund the full amount paid.

4. Copyright and Usage

4.1 Copyright Ownership: The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images captured during the wedding.

4.2 Client Usage: The client(s) are granted personal usage rights to the images, allowing them to print, share, and display the images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.3 Model Release: The client(s) grant the photographer the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and portfolio.

5. Image Delivery and Editing

5.1 Image Delivery: The final edited images will be delivered to the client(s) within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 8-12 weeks after the wedding day.

5.2 Editing Style: The photographer retains the right to select and edit the images in their preferred style, which may include color correction, cropping, and other enhancements.

5.3 Raw or Unedited Images: Raw or unedited images are not provided to the client(s) as they do not represent the final product.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1 Limitation of Liability: The photographer will take all reasonable care in capturing and delivering the images. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical failures, including but not limited to equipment malfunction, the photographer's liability is limited to a partial or full refund of the amount paid.

6.2 Indemnity: The client(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the photographer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use or misuse of the images or any breach of these terms and conditions.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

The photographer will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. The client(s) consent to the use and storage of their personal information for the purpose of providing the contracted services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
